This bespoke residence is the epitome of luxury home design, created for those who appreciate refined craftsmanship and world-class living. Set across multiple levels, this 4-bedroom + study, 3-bathroom masterpiece combines sophistication with functionality. With spaces for entertaining, relaxing, and everyday family life, the home features a statement glass stairwell, a private theatre room, expansive open-plan living with a marble-clad Miele kitchen, and resort-style amenities including a wine room, sauna, and heated wrap-around pool. Designed with exclusivity and individuality at its core, this is a tailored residence unlike any other.

Design Concepts

Our design intent was to create a residence that not only delivers on architectural elegance but also supports modern luxury living at every turn. The material palette—featuring bookmatched lime-washed American Oak, Swedish concrete wall panels, Italian terrazzo tiled floors, and Pietra Grigio marble benchtops—was chosen for its timeless appeal and tactile richness. Fluted glass steel doors, brass tapware, and carefully zoned lighting bring additional warmth and texture throughout. This concept gallery explores the vision behind the home’s flow, finishes, and high-end lifestyle inclusions, offering a closer look at how we shaped a space that feels both curated and lived-in.

Final Execution

The completed home brings the design vision to life with absolute precision. Landscaped by Mark Browning, the outdoor areas feature two terrazzo alfresco spaces, a Heston Blumenthal BBQ kitchen, and a firepit sitting area for year-round entertaining. Inside, the integration of Kasta smart automation, Sonos audio, video intercom, and zoned ducted air-conditioning ensures intelligent comfort in every room. The luxurious main suite—with balcony access, a double shower ensuite, and a custom-designed dressing room—anchors the home as a private retreat. Every element in the final gallery reflects a commitment to bespoke design, family functionality, and lasting luxury.
